<p>We suggest keeping the new cork discs in oil one night long before its fitting.</p>
<p><strong>POLINI CLUTCH KIT with WAVE SPRING</strong><br>for VESPA 50/125 SMALL FRAME<br>Polini increases its clutch range for <strong>Vespa 50; Special, 125 ETR3, primavera PK 50/125 and small Frame.</strong><br>Specifically two are the clutches:</p>
<ul>
<li>4-disc clutch with wave spring &ndash; FOR RACE</li>
<li>4-disc clutch with wave spring &ndash; EVOLUTION</li>
</ul>
<p><br>Both the models stand out for the brand new <strong>wave spring</strong>. The wave spring is a spiral of new design produced with <strong>high-precisions techniques.</strong><br>This spring, thanks to its honeycomb structure, grants a perfect flatness of the clutch thrust sides and it can <strong>bear loads till 200kg.</strong><br>Polini wave spring is set by the factory to<strong> bear 80 kg</strong>, that can be modified thanks to the setting shims available in the packaging, that let the variation of the<strong> load till 200 kg of thrust.</strong> The spring is perfectly placed in the clutch hub prearranged with a proper centering housing.<br>The clutch hub and the pressure-plates are <strong>made of machined nitride steel.</strong><br>The material used to produce the clutch discs lets a greatly increased friction coefficient thus increasing its resistance under stress.<br>The <strong>FOR RACE</strong> clutch <strong>is made of 4 steel discs with cork friction material (1,9mm thick) and 3 steel discs (1mm thick</strong>) and its assembly is recommended on original engines or with max. 15hp.<br>The <strong>EVOLUTION clutch is made of 4 steel discs with sintered friction material with high performance (1,9mm thick) and 3 steel discs (1mm thick) and its assembly is recommended on tuned engines with more 15hp.</strong></p>
