The growing market demand of original spare parts urged Polini’s engineers to manufacture a muffler dedicated to Vespa 50 4str primavera – Sprint 3V Euro3,4 and 5.( always match it with the CDI according to the homologation version) 
The body, similar to the original one for its lines, has been produced entirely in steel and it has and has interior bulkheads and rooms that have been modified to grant higher performance keeping low photometric levels. 
A steel bulkhead has been applied outside to protect from heat: the black color makes it as one with the muffler, highlighting the elegance

It’s a Polini electronic ignition that controls the engines. It includes the sensors, the actuators, fuel injection, ignition and engine auxiliar components. 
Polini ECM lets the performance of your vehicle increase through the use of a microprocessor of the latest generation, in synergy with an hardware designed for this engine. 
It’s a plug&play CDI. Very easy and fast to install, it is enough to match it with the Polini Hi-Speed variator. 
If you require for the power increase of your scooter with the Polini engine kit it is possible to update the ECM though the device supplied and select the maps you desire.

The new Polini cylinder kit in aluminum light alloy is suitable for Piaggio 50 4str. Euro 5 engine. 
Performance are granted thanks to the displacement increase at 78,8cc (upgrade bore 49mm and compression ratio 11,6:1 (to install together with the proper ECM, 171.0009 e4 and 171.0012 e5 ONLY)
