<p>We have invented the true automatic transmission system, not just a simple variator but a system where the rider is the real master of the driving, the controls on the throttle are transferred directly to the wheel, thus achieving the maximum sensations of the engine and its characteristics. Thus the idea became a worldwide exclusive patent.</p>
<p>COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES </p>
<p>Our aim has always been to increase the rider’s feeling with his bike, allowing brutal starts under control, increasing top speed and always keeping the engine at maximum power throughout the rev range. Thanks to the low friction and quick throttle response it allows the rider to recover immediately, guaranteeing instant power delivery. In the same way that thanks to the ultra-low friction we can open the variator immediately when the throttle is released, the system reacts just as fast when cutting the throttle/decelerating, thus creating the engine brake effect. All this allows maximum optimization of the engine’s performance, reducing fuel consumption.</p>
<p>For instance the variator body is made out of CNC machined 6000 series aluminium with hardcoating. It means an important improvement compared to other variators which are forged and rectified. CNC machining is the way to make sure all the parts are 100% identical with 0 deviation. We use stainless steel for the sliding grid and, with the aim of reducing friction, we have incorporated an exclusive and patented central fibre bearing: the B32. The sliding fingers are made of high-tech plastic with molybdenum. The product has been developed to guarantee maximum durability and minimum maintenance. Thanks to the innovative design and number of fingers we increase the contact surface with the ramp, distributing the effort, thus reducing wear. In addition to reduce wear, we have patented a cooling system inside the transmission consisting of a built-in fan.</p>
