<p>
RFX Pro Series wheel spacers are lighter and more durable than OEM parts.
</p>
<p>
Manufactured from 7075-T6 aluminium and colour-anodised, they resist surface wear
and limit dirt ingress into the hub, extending bearing life.
</p>
<p>
A rear lip keeps the spacers hooked into the seals,
reducing the risk of them falling out during maintenance and speeding up wheel changes.

<strong>Fitting instructions:</strong>
</p>
<ol>
<li>Place the motorcycle on a box stand with the wheels raised from the ground.</li>
<li>Remove the large spindle nut and loosen any pinch bolts on the lower fork leg.</li>
<li>Remove the spindle from the wheel; a brass punch and hammer may be required if it is tight.</li>
<li>The front wheel can now be removed.</li>
<li>The rear wheel should be loose enough to push forward and lift the chain from the rear sprocket.</li>
<li>Remove the rear wheel.</li>
<li>Remove the wheel spacers from the wheels.</li>
<li>Clean in and around the seals with a contact cleaner such as Maxima Electrical Contact and re-grease under the seal.</li>
<li>Fit the new wheel spacers.</li>
<li>Open the brake pads inside the brake calipers to give extra room when refitting the wheel.</li>
<li>Refit the wheels and push the spindles through.</li>
<li>Refit the chain and set the correct chain tension via the axle blocks.</li>
<li>Tighten the spindle nuts to the correct torque setting.</li>
<li>With the bike off the stand, pump the front forks up and down to align them, then tighten the pinch bolts.</li>
<li>Pump the brakes to realign the calipers.</li>
